Executive Council Structure
Overview
The Executive Council, also known as the Board, is the primary governance body of the Alliance for Social Behavior and Change (ALL-SBC). It is responsible for strategic oversight, policy formulation, and ensuring that organizational operations align with the company's objectives.

President
- The administrative head of the company and leader of the Executive Council
- Presides over Council and Annual General Meetings (AGM)
- Holds a casting vote on tied matters and ensures good governance

Chief Executive Officer
Overall Leadership & Strategy
- Provides strategic direction for the Secretariat, ensuring alignment with ALL-SBC's four strategic priorities
- Oversees the design and execution of all programs, partnerships, and resources
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Is the primary liaison to the ALL-SBC Board/Steering Committee, ensuring transparent communication on budgets, progress, and challenges
- Cultivates relationships with government agencies, donor organizations, and potential partners
Programs & Training Manager
Capacity-Building Initiatives
- Coordinates all training programs (workshops, online courses, blended learning), mentoring, and peer-learning activities described under Outcome 2 (Building Individual Capacity) and Outcome 3 (Institutional Strengthening)
Accreditation & Professional Development Lead
Oversees professional certification programs and development pathways for SBC practitioners.
Partnership & Resource Mobilization Lead
Manages strategic partnerships and resource mobilization initiatives.
Knowledge Management & Publications Lead
Manages knowledge sharing, research publications, and best practices documentation.
Finance & Administration Officer
Handles financial management, administrative operations, and compliance.
